A withdrawal marked "completed" or "successfully" from any other exchange / wallet does not mean that the transaction has been fully processed on the Dogex exchange. It simply means that the transaction was successfully launched on the blockchain.
After a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable time to confirm and post on the Dogex exchange. Different blockchains require different amounts of "commits" before a transaction is verified.
It is not uncommon for a blockchain to be congested with too many transactions, causing unexpected / unusual delays in processing your transaction. You can use the transaction ID (TxID) to track the status on the blockchain.
You can take the following steps to check the status of your transaction:
First, check that the deposit address you entered for the transaction is the same as the address provided by Dogex.
Navigate to the corresponding block explorer and paste the transaction ID (TxID) into the search field to verify that the receipt status shows "Success" and that the transaction receives sufficient blockchain network confirmations.
Be aware that each token / currency has a corresponding minimum deposit amount. Any deposits below the minimum will not be credited or refunded.
If you followed the steps above, but still cannot find the deposit on your account balance, please provide the following information via a ticket:
